The Garners Creek Storm Water Utility is a public entity that was created by the Town of Harrison, Town of Buchanan, and Village of Combined Locks.

The purpose of the Storm Water Utility is to reduce flooding, improve stream bank erosion and enhance water quality along Garners Creek and its tributary streams.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Garners Creek Watershed is approximately 9.2 square miles in size and contains 4.5 miles of stream. Garners Creek flows in a northeasterly direction and ultimately discharges into the Fox River.
